Atif Khan
Atif Jalees Khan graduated from AKU with the Class of 1999. He matched into Radiation Oncology and completed Residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and Fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He currently serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of Rutgers University and as a member of the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. He specializes in complex brachytherapy procedures, adult CNS malignancies, breast cancer, and the treatment of pediatric malignancies with radiotherapy. He is also the medical director of the center's proton therapy center. He lives in suburban NJ with his wife and his two sons. He enjoys the poetry of Faiz and Iqbal, the humor of Stephen Colbert, and the music of Noori.
Atif Khan initiated the current website redesign project during his tenure (Web Design Project Lead, 2012 - 2013), a work in progress that is now under the care of Abdul Basit Saeed (Web Manager, 2014 - 2015).
