The Board of Advisors serves to function as an overseer of AKUAANA. It works with the Executive Council in advisory capacity, and to monitor the finances and long-term goals of the organization. An additional function is to serve to appoint an “Ethics and Grievance Committee”, if needed.
Any AKUAANA member with any grievance(s) against the administration, and/or concerns for ethical lapses, election disputes or misconduct that he/she is aware of, can contact any of the Advisors on the Board directly for resolution.
